We process data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Who we are Fixline supplies aluminium substructures for ventilated facades and fastening systems. When you write to us we keep your name, phone and/or email, your message and the product you ask about. We use them only to answer you. Messages are seen only by Fixline staff. 2. Newsletter. If you leave your email we keep the address, your language and when you agreed, so we can send you letters about our products and news. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to sales@fixline.ge. 3. Basket. The basket stays in your browser and is not sent to us. When you send it over WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta) and WhatsApp's terms apply to it as well. 4. Site search. We keep the search words, the number of results and the language, to see what customers look for and what the catalogue is missing. We do not keep IP addresses or device details. 5. Visit statistics. We count how many people visit the site: which pages they view, where they come from, from which country, on which device and how long they stay. Our technical partner streamer.ge counts this for us. It uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses; a visitor's anonymous key changes every day, so no individual can be identified. 6. Videos. A product video loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play. From then on Google's terms apply. 7. Technical logs. Like every website, the server keeps short-lived technical records of requests (such as IP address and time) for security and troubleshooting. Cookies The public website uses one technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers the language you chose. We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Apart from that, a cookie is used to sign staff in to the admin panel. Who we share with We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data is kept on a rented server that only we and our technical partner can access. How long we keep it Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for later cooperation.
